  I been with title max for 3 loans and I never had a bad experience .they always been here to help me even with me being short on cash never came for my car.. They are not monster's they are always there when you need something or have a question. Wonderful customer service and professional. If you are short on cash give them a call and they will treat you good.they work with everyone..but after a while if u do mess up and not makes your payment or lie to them and play games your car will be taken you just have to be honest and they will be on your side.. You want too play games they will play games with you soon enough .. How to make your loan so you don't have much interest u make your payment or on before the date and put more toward your loan even if it 4.00 a week you will pay it off faster :)) have a wonderful 2017 and go to title max in belvidere ... Love all of you guys

  I LOVE the people who work here! Merlin and the girls are the nicest people I've ever met in a business. I've used them 2 times in the past few years and will use them again if needed! I highly recommend using the Belvidere location because you will be taken care of! Thanx to everyone who works here!

  Sorry I disagree with the negative comments. I am in my second loan with them. Yes interest is high but most these kinds of loans are. Want low interest get good credit and use a bank. Merlin came though for me when needed. Like a comment previous, be honest with them and all is good. The comment on being harassed. You have a due date. Like any other loan or bill out there you owe that payment. pay it. . On occasion a few days late will excepted just need to communicate and keep in touch with them. All in all I have been happy working with Title Max of Belvidere. , especially Merlin. Will go above and beyond to get you the est loan for you.
